She helped direct Advisory Board’s Philanthropy Leadership Council, authoring studies on topics including grateful patient fundraising, planned giving, and performance management. Erin’s passion for health equity was furthered at Cedars-Sinai, where she led community grantmaking. She established Twin Point Insights in 2022 to advance high-impact, pragmatic research for healthcare development leaders.

Chris is Vice President of System Philanthropy in the Mass General Brigham Development Office, overseeing the system's Community Hospital Development Offices and Home Base. With more than 30 years of healthcare philanthropy experience, he is a recognized thought leader and sought-after speaker. Earlier, he spent fifteen years with a national consulting firm, serving as counsel in capital campaigns, major gifts, campaign planning, strategic planning, and capacity assessment for more than 80 hospitals, systems, and other healthcare organizations. In addition to his consulting experience, he served as Senior Vice President of External Affairs & Chief Development Officer for the largest community hospital-based health system in New England as well as the President of the Foundation for a regional health system. In both instances, he led teams that successfully completed historic capital campaigns.
